Orders are shipped with a Standard or Express delivery carrier of your choice are delivered within 1-7 business days based on how far the destination country is located. Delivery costs and carrier options will be shown in your shopping bag automatically once you add an item to your bag. Optionally you can check available shipping Carriers, prices, and delivery estimates manually by using a shipping calculator. Orders to the European countries are shipped from our European warehouse and are transported with either Standard or Express shipping carrier of your choice that can be selected during checkout.
The standard delivery is transported by DPD Group with estimated order delivery between 1-7 business days.
For example, delivery to Greece require 7 business days while delivery to Germany will probably take 3 business days.
The express delivery is transported by DHL Express with estimated order delivery in 3-4 business days regardless of the Country.
Orders shipped to the European Union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden) are exempt from import duties, fees, and taxes.
International order delivery is handled by the DHL Express shipping carrier. Orders are mailed from either our European or Canadian warehouse.
The express delivery is carried by DHL Express with estimated order delivery in 4-5 business days regardless of the Country.

What is back-order
Back-order is the sale of goods that would be sourced from Canada to our European warehouse in Lithuania. This happens when products are sold-out or not in stock or haven’t been released yet but can be back-ordered from the manufacturer upon request. How fast I will get my order?
Back-orders are fulfilled within the provided processing time that is stated on the individual product page, however, after the sale the recipient receives a personal email confirmation drafted by our sales manager that will review and confirm the delivery date for each case.
Would I need to pay any tax?
By placing a back-order you are guaranteed to pay exactly what is billed on your invoice. You don’t need to pay import tax or other fees, that would be paid by „Pelnut“.
Orders are generally processed and sent the same day if it’s placed prior to 12:00 PM EET, if the order is submitted later than the given hour, it will be sent the next business day.
Bank Transfer from one bank to another bank. The order can be paid prior to its dispatch by paying the pre-sent invoice.
Payments with bank cards are processed by Stripe.
