General information
Orders to European countries are sent from the Lithuanian warehouse and are delivered within 1-7 business days based on how far the destination country is located. The estimated delivery time and the carrier will be shown in your shopping bag automatically, however, you can check available carrier options and delivery estimates manually by using a calculator. Click on “calculate shipping” then select your Country, city, and postal code.


Orders from the EU union countries can be carried with a standard or express shipping carriers that can be selected during checkout and will be mailed from our European warehouse.

DPD Group
Estimated standard delivery between 1-7 business days. For exampledelivery to Greece require 7 business days while delivery to Germany will probably take 3 business days.

DHL Express
Estimated delivery in 3 business days regardless of the Country.

Orders shipped to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden are exempt from Customs Duties and Taxes.


International order delivery is handled by the DHL Express shipping carrier. Orders will be mailed from our European or Canadian warehouse.

DHL Express
Estimated delivery between 4-5 business days regardless of the Country.

Duties and Taxes
Orders from are shipped from Lithuania and may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied in the country you live in. Your government may impose import tax and/or Value Added Tax for shipments from outside of your country.

Customs clearance
Customs clearance procedures vary by country, please contact your local Official performing the Duties of the Commissioner of Customs and Border Protection for more information. Please note that the customs clearance process can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.


What is back-order
Back-order is the sale of goods that would be sourced from Canada to our European warehouse in Lithuania. This happens when products are sold-out or not in stock or haven’t been released yet but can be back-ordered from the manufacturer upon request. With respect to the user, it’s very convenient cause preorders at in most cases are accepted with no prior payment and can be paid later during or prior to the delivery. The preorder allows a customer to be the first in line to reserve a particular product or order a product according to his individual needs.

How fast I will get my order?
Back-orders are fulfilled within the provided processing time that is stated on the individual product page, however, after the sale the recipient receives a personal email confirmation drafted by our sales manager that will review and confirm the delivery date for each case.

Would I need to pay any tax?
By placing a back-order you are guaranteed to pay exactly what is billed on your invoice. You don’t need to pay import tax or other fees, that would be paid by „Pelnut“.


Orders are generally processed and sent the same day if it’s placed prior to 12:00 PM EET, if the order is submitted later than the given hour, it will be sent the next business day.


Bank transfer
Bank Transfer from one bank to another bank. The order can be paid prior to its dispatch by paying the pre-sent invoice.

Card payment
Payments with bank cards are processed by Stripe. Inc American financial services providing company software that is enhanced with a 3-D Secure strong customer authentication system ratified under EU Directive (EU) 2018/389, for more information read Strong customer authentication (SCA). The cardholder is required to authenticate and give such payment permission through his electronic bank account.

Accepted Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Dinners, Union Pay, Prepaid Cards.

Pay on delivery
Customers from Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania can pay their orders to the DPD delivery driver with cash or bank card upon shipment delivery. Paying with cash requires an exact amount of money.


Request to cancel the order can be made anytime. Contact our Support team and we’ll quickly set up the cancelation. Please refer to the Warranty and Returns appendix for the refund policy.
