GENERAL INFORMATION
Orders are shipped from the EU distribution warehouse in Germany with a Standard or Express delivery carrier of your choice are delivered within 1-7 business days based on how far the destination country is located. Shipping carrier name, costs, and estimates will be shown on the shopping bag page once you add an item to your bag. To check available shipping carriers, prices, and delivery estimates for different regions use the shipping calculator tool. Click on “calculate shipping” then select your country, city, and postal code.
We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe provided. Please note that while we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely arrival, we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as extreme weather or carrier disruptions). Should your shipment experience a significant delay or be lost in transit, please contact us at support@pelnut.com so we can investigate and assist you in resolving the issue.

LEAD TIME
Lead time describes the amount of time it takes us to get the item from the manufacturer to our distribution facility in the EU.
It includes the time frame in which the manufacturer process the order, manufactures it, delivers it to our local US facility, and lastly time in which we move the order from one warehouse to another (from the US to the EU warehouse), or a combination of these processes.
Lead time does not include actual shipping delivery times provided on the shopping bag page.
Total delivery time is a combination of Lead time plus Shipping time.
Lead time example
Orders to European countries are shipped from our European warehouse and are transported with either the Standard or Express shipping carrier of your choice that can be selected during checkout.
Standard delivery
The standard delivery is transported by DPD Group with estimated order delivery between 1-7 business days.
For example, delivery to Greece require 7 business days while delivery to Germany will take 1 business day.
Express delivery
The express delivery is transported by DHL Express with estimated order delivery in 3-4 business days regardless of the Country.
Tax-Free
Orders shipped to the European Union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden) are exempt from import duties, fees, and taxes.
Would I need to pay VAT or other taxes?
By placing an order you are guaranteed to pay exactly what is billed on your invoice. You don’t need to pay import VAT or other fees, those are paid by „PELNUT LLC“.
Orders are generally processed and sent the same day if it’s placed prior to 12:00 PM EET, if the order is submitted later than the given hour, it will be sent the next business day.
Bank transfer
Bank Transfer from one bank to another bank. The order can be paid prior to its dispatch by paying the invoice.
Card payment
Payments with bank cards are processed by Stripe. Inc American financial service provider and are encrypted with a 3-D Secure strong customer authentication system ratified under EU Directive (EU) 2018/389, for more information read Strong customer authentication (SCA). The cardholder is required to authenticate and give such payment permission through his electronic bank account.
Accepted Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Dinners, Union Pay, Prepaid Cards.
Pay on delivery
Customers from Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania can pay their orders to the DPD delivery driver with cash or bank card upon shipment delivery. Paying with cash requires an exact amount of money. Exceptions: The DPD allows collecting up to 2000 Euros per single shipment. A solution to that limitation is splitting the payment, contact us for more details.
Request to cancel the order can be made anytime. Contact our Support team and we’ll quickly set up the cancelation. Please refer to the Warranty and Returns appendix for the refund policy.
